At The Sixth Principle we now offer an online training platform. We deliver our comprehensive training, where we apply our tried and tested formula for delivering the most effective athletic development and lifestyle training. This platform is completely individualized regardless of age, stage or ability, if you have a desire to improve your performance or your life we will facilitate that change. 

What’s included:

  • Full comprehensive online program (8 Week Block)
  • Weekly check ins via phone call or google meets
  • Nutritional advice, guidelines and strategies
  • Video form check ins with 24/7 WhatsApp correspondence
  • 1 x T6P visit per programming block (purposes of coach/client catch up)
  • Access to exercise video library (up to 300 exercises)
