1-1 Coaching

Exclusive 1-1 training with one of our highly experienced staff, catering to any need whether it’s learning to lift, strength and fitness or injury rehabilitation. 45 or 60 minute sessions available.

Injury Rehabilitation

With an in-house Exercise Physiologist and a team of Performance coaches we will strive to get you back to playing the sport you love. Dedicated rehabilitation programs from Physiotherapist/Osteopath handover to return to play.

Female Only Group Training

Our exclusive women’s only group training sessions are fun, explosive circuit based classes. Focusing on strength and fitness.

Team/School Programs

5 or 10 Week Training Programs catered to groups of up to 20 individuals.

Athlete Performance Testing

Movement screening analysis and performance testing related to your sport. A full comprehensive analysis that will identify your strengths + weakness as well as comparative performance data.
