Playing with guests

You are welcome to play with non-members or guests. You can book a court through HelloClub. Guests will incur a fee for their half of the court hire. They can pay using their discount card or by credit/ debit card ($15/h).

Cancelling a court booking

We don’t want members to book up the courts and not use them, depriving other members or casual squash players of a game. Please cancel court bookings at least 24h beforehand to allow others to book. If you don’t turn up for a court booking, full casual rates will be charged. (ie $36/h)

Pausing your membership

Your membership may be paused for a minimum of 3 weeks due to a significant illness or injury. Please email a copy of your medical certificate to jenny@squashmelbourne.com to initiate the pause. 

If you wish to pause your membership for a personal break such as a holiday, 4 weeks notice must be given. Membership may be paused for a maximum of 12 weeks for personal reasons. Please email to jenny@squashmelbourne.com to initiate the pause. 

Cancelling your membership

Memberships are ongoing unless an end date is specified by yourself or Squash Melbourne.

Your membership can be cancelled at any time but 4 weeks notice must be given. Please email jenny@squashmelbourne.com to cancel.  

Payment

Membership payments are via fortnightly direct debit from your bank account using the third party software, GoCardless. 

To onboard you to their system, click the link above next to your chosen membership type. You can then authorise the direct debit set-up. 

Please ensure you have adequate funds available in your account each fortnight or a dishonour fee may apply. 

Off-peak times

With silver membership, members may play for free during off-peak times. Off-peak times are:

Monday to Thursday 1pm to 5pm
Fridays 4pm to 7pm
Saturdays 1pm to 4pm
Sundays 10am to 4pm

Changes to the Agreement

Squash Melbourne may amend these terms and conditions with 7 days written notice. 

Squash Melbourne reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time. The agreement termination will be notified to the member in writing (email). 

Acceptance

Acceptance of the Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions is given by setting up the direct debit with GoCardless, via the link with your membership type.
